Agency for Mobility and EU Programmes
Agency for mobility and EU programmes (AMEUP) is the national agency situated in Zagreb, Croatia. Its vision is to contribute to the development of human capital, democratic potential, social cohesion and competitiveness of the Croatian society by providing opportunities for mobility and international cooperation in the field of science, education, training and youth. Croatian governament founded the agency in 2007 and today AMEUP has around 70 employees.
As for research and innovation EU programmes, AMEUP was in charge of the People, Environment and Energy Themes in the Seventh Framework Programme and today hosts the majority of the Croatian Horizon 2020 NCP office which is appointed by the Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Sports. The agency hosts the NCPs and PC delegates for the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions, the Industrial Leadership (LEIT ICT, NMP+B, Space), the Societal Challenges, Spreading Excellence and Widening Participation, Science with and for Society, the JRC and Legal and Financial Issues.
